Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Signally ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Signally is a subscription tracking application that helps users identify and monitor recurring charges by connecting to their bank accounts through Plaid. The App provides:

Automatic detection of recurring payments
Subscription tracking and organization
Renewal reminders and notifications
Spending summaries and insights

Any information displayed in the App regarding your subscriptions, spending, or financial data is for informational purposes only. You should not make financial decisions based solely on information from Signally. Always consult with qualified professionals for financial advice.

User Responsibilities

When using Signally, you agree to:

Provide accurate information when connecting your bank account
Maintain the security of your device and access credentials
Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Third-Party Services

Signally uses Plaid to connect to your bank accounts. By using Signally, you also agree to Plaid's End User Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate subscription detection and tracking, we cannot guarantee that all recurring charges will be detected or that all displayed information is completely accurate. Subscription detection is based on transaction pattern analysis and may not capture all types of recurring payments.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Signally is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not responsible for any missed payments, canceled subscriptions, or financial decisions made based on information in the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months

Acceptable Use

You may not use Signally to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Access accounts you do not own or have permission to access
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Collect or harvest data from other users
Use automated systems or bots to access the App

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Signally at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and disconnecting your bank accounts.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Signally after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
